Farringdon People

These are some of the people of Farringdon, some still with us and some not....

Gerald Atherton Wiliams - son of the Rector of Farringdon, he was a founder member of the RAF on its formation in 1918. He was decorated and received an MBE before setting out on an all too short career in the colonial service. Click here to read more about him.

Dick Kuyper - who was a Farringdon resident for over 35 years died at the beginning of October 2010 just hours before his 98th birthday. His daughter Margie has written a summary of Dick's fascinating life story. Click here for the article.

Tony Tonkin
